Aileen

Scheduling Coordinator

Aileen has been the welcoming face of Dr. Burpo’s office since 2013, and she truly sets the tone for every patient’s experience. As the first person you see when you walk through the front door, Aileen greets everyone with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly personality that instantly puts patients at ease. She has a natural gift for connecting with people, making each patient feel valued, comfortable, and right at home. Whether she’s helping with scheduling, answering questions, or simply sharing a kind word, Aileen goes above and beyond to ensure every visit starts on a positive note. Her dedication, positivity, and caring nature make her an essential part of the team and a favorite among patients. Outside of the office, Aileen loves spending quality time with her family. You’ll often find her out thrifting with her daughters Marissa and Michelle and son-in-law Dakota, or enjoying time with her husband, Wesley. Her love for people and family shines through in everything she does, both in and out of the office.

Kristi – R.D.H., A.A.S., E.F.D.A., C.D.A.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristi has been with Advanced Dental of the Ozarks since 2015. She was Dr. Burpo’s first Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and holds every license and certification allowed by the State of Missouri as a Dental Assistant and as a Dental Hygienist. In 2021, she graduated from Dental Hygiene school and still practices with all of her Expanded Functions and operates as a highly independent dental auxiliary.

Kristi is passionate about managing a comprehensive dental hygiene department and prides herself on managing the employees to remain up-to-date with all the highest education and credentials they are available to obtain. She prioritizes the detailed and personalized dental hygiene needs and treatment plans of every patient and finds it instrumental to make sure each patient is thoroughly educated on the oral-systemic link. When Kristi is not at work, she spends time spreading the good word that cats rule and dogs drool.

Lyndsey – C.D.A., E.F.D.A.

Certified Dental Assistant

Lyndsey has been a valued part of Dr. Burpo’s team since 2022, bringing skill, compassion, and positive energy to every patient she serves. As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, she takes pride in delivering high-quality care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Lyndsey truly has a gift for connecting with people and making every experience a great one. Outside the office, she loves soaking up the outdoors and spending quality time with her husband Dustin and daughter Paxlynn. Her dedication, upbeat attitude, and passion for patient care make her an absolute rockstar assistant and an essential part of the team!

Robert – R.D.H.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Robert brings a unique background and a wealth of life experience to our dental team. Patients quickly appreciate his calm, friendly demeanor and the genuine interest he takes in making each visit comfortable and positive.

A local to the area, Robert graduated from Billings High School, just a short distance from our office. He continued his education at Wichita State University, earning an Associate’s degree in Administration of Justice, followed by a Bachelor’s degree from Drury College. He later completed his Master’s degree in Sociology at Lincoln University in 2014.

Robert spent 30 years serving the community in law enforcement with the Springfield, Missouri Police Department before retiring in 2014. After his retirement, he pursued a new path in healthcare and earned his dental hygiene degree in Kansas City in 2017.

Today, Robert enjoys helping patients improve and maintain their oral health while creating a relaxed and reassuring experience in the hygiene chair. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life makes him a valued part of our team.

Robert is married and has one adult daughter and three grandchildren. Outside the office, he enjoys restoring and learning about classic 1968–1969 Pontiac Firebirds, scuba diving, snow and water skiing, amateur radio, and flying remote-controlled airplanes.

Robert is in the office one to two days each week, which also allows us to offer additional hygiene appointment availability for patients who prefer a flexible schedule or are looking to be seen sooner.
